Accessing TPA Connect Learning Center

Purpose: 
To guide team members and Insurance agents on how to access and enroll in courses on the TPA Connect Learning Center.

Scope:

This applies to all team members and insurance agents that might enroll in the TPA Connect Learning Center

Procedure:

  1. Accessing the Platform:
  1. Go to https://tpa-connect.zoholearn.com/c?view=discover
  2. Click on the desired module (CEO Masterminds, Medicare 101, Agent Onboarding).
  1. Enrolling in a Course:
  1. Click on the course you want to enroll in.
  2. Preview the course content.
  3. Click on "Enroll."
  1. Creating an Account:
  1. If you don't have an account, click on "Sign Up."
  2. Enter your first name, last name, and email.
  3. Confirm your email by accepting the email confirmation.
  1. Logging In:
  1. Use the login credentials to sign in.
  2. Keep track of your password for future access to modules.

Cautionary Notes

  1. Ensure that the email entered during account creation is correct to receive the confirmation email.
  2. Keep login credentials secure to prevent unauthorized access.
  3. Contact support at support@tpaconnect.net for any questions or issues.

Tips for Efficiency

  1. Bookmark the TPA Connect Learning Center for quick access.
  2. Regularly check for new modules and content updates.
  3. Save login credentials in a secure location for easy retrieval.
