Accessing TPA Connect Learning Center
Purpose:
To guide team members and Insurance agents on how to access and enroll in courses on the TPA Connect Learning Center.
Scope:
This applies to all team members and insurance agents that might enroll in the TPA Connect Learning Center
Procedure:
- Accessing the Platform:
- Go to https://tpa-connect.zoholearn.com/c?view=discover
- Click on the desired module (CEO Masterminds, Medicare 101, Agent Onboarding).
- Enrolling in a Course:
- Click on the course you want to enroll in.
- Preview the course content.
- Click on "Enroll."
- Creating an Account:
- If you don't have an account, click on "Sign Up."
- Enter your first name, last name, and email.
- Confirm your email by accepting the email confirmation.
- Logging In:
- Use the login credentials to sign in.
- Keep track of your password for future access to modules.
Cautionary Notes
- Ensure that the email entered during account creation is correct to receive the confirmation email.
- Keep login credentials secure to prevent unauthorized access.
- Contact support at support@tpaconnect.net for any questions or issues.
Tips for Efficiency
- Bookmark the TPA Connect Learning Center for quick access.
- Regularly check for new modules and content updates.
- Save login credentials in a secure location for easy retrieval.
